Arduino Bootcamp

This Bootcamp is for anyone who has never played around with Arduino before and those who have played around a little bit but aren’t entirely sure about how the basics work. It’s easier than you think!
We will put together basic single component electrical circuits, learn about analog and digital, input and output, basic programming concepts, practice very basic Serial communication, and briefly cover basic virtual prototyping.
No previous programming experience required. Ages 11-18.

When and Where

Join us at Oakland University for 4 hours long hands-on workshop learning from 12:30pm to 5pm. The event will take place on our brand new Engineering Center, on Saturday March 18th, 2017

Who Can Participate?

Bootcamp is open to kids ages 11-18. If you have a passion for technology and the drive to change the world, you belong at Arduino Bootcamp.

What If I'm New To This?

No previous programming experience is required at this camp. We will have engineering students, mentors and teachers available to help you learn. Every student who attends a bootcamp leaves with a wealth of new knowledge, regardless of what they came with. Bring an open mind and be ready to learn, we’ll help you through the rest.

How Much Will Arduino Bootcamp Cost Me?

Arduino Bootcamp is absolutely free! There is no charge for attending this bootcamp. Food will also be supplied throughout the event.

How Do I Get To Arduino Bootcamp?

Arduino Bootcamp will be held at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. If you need help getting from your location to our new Engineering Center, contact us for support. There is an updated map at Oakland.edu/map
